A UC Riverside graduate with deep expertise in GIS technology and data systems, Louis brings a unique perspective to AI automation. His years of experience with municipal governments (City of West Covina, City of Fontana) and enterprise organizations (UPS) provide the foundation for building intelligent systems that solve real-world problems - from smart city analytics to private AI for professional services.

Foundation in GIS Technology
Interned at City of West Covina, developing spatial data solutions and automating workflows with Python and SQL. Built custom mapping applications that saved hundreds of hours of manual work.

Worked as GIS Specialist at UPS and City of Fontana, managing large-scale data systems, building APIs, and creating automated solutions for complex logistics and municipal challenges.
